Rash!

DS had a bit of a rash yesterday at the top of his nappy area at the front just on his tummy now this morning it's all down his nappy area and going up one side of his chest.

I haven't used anything any different and he hasn't eaten anything new. Anyone got any ideas. Maybe I ahould try and get in the doctors.
