DADHC just gave us an old wooden stander, she doesn't need to buy one yet cause she isn't really ready. Still waiting for funding for sn stroller, Oh I got permission to put puree down Megans tube!!!! Bring on the food, Think she would be better off milk!!!
OMG wow congratulations what a HUGE mile stone for megan thats great, I so hope she tolerates it what food you trying first keep me updated

Flocare Infinity Pump
Brilliant, love it. Daughter can wear in backpack during day feeds or if having a sleep, no need for IV Pole (have one for sale if anyone needs one) - new not used! Just leave in bag next to her and if bad nights arise no disconnecting from pole etc.
bad points - bags and tubes are pretty crappy compared to ones that Zevex make. Why can't we get all in one bags instead of connecting parts.
If you have containers anyone - ask for the bags as they are (as annoying as they are connecting them) much better.
The bag for toddlers that is available is way too big for little ones - i had one specially made!
Had kangaroo pump previously - hated it.
antother new item i am waiting for is the zevexsuper miki back pack from the US
and i agree the flocare toddler one is HUGE

hi, i tried this bag. its ok but if u want more than 500ml is a bit squashy.
oh ok miki is only on 40 50 45 mls an hour so 500 is more than enough for us lol, ,aybe as she tolerates more it will be to small

I'm having a logistical pump issue, Child that rolls over, tube attached to her, continuous feeds 20 hrs a day and she has figured out she can play with the pump, and if she pulls her tube hard enough she gets to play with milk and gastric juice. Any ideas ladies except for drugging her daily to stop her from moving?????
ps to those that don't know me the last part was a JOKE!!!
i have no idea stacey, partial mobility pluss coninuos feeds means mummy has more work i guess lol

Thanks for your advice Amy!!!!!!! I shouldn't complain really...You should yell at me...."GET OVER IT, SHE"S ON GASTRIC FEEDS....... STUPID COMPLAINER"
lol dont be silly hehehe
We waiting on maore equiptment now a harness for mikis walker so she ant fall over YIPEEEEEE
And i shouldnt complain either she is walking really well, with her walker and getting better with out it (just falls way to much and fatigues after a few steps hence the walker)
our chair is about 6 to 8 weeks away but the harness for her walker hoipefuly with in the week
Have you had the dreaded incident of megan opening the feed bag yet and it spilling all over the place lol, we haven with the feed but Miki did however manage to unclip the other end of her drain the other night, either that or i didnt reclip after letting air out, mmm not sure either way we had gastric secretion everywhere, was lovely not,
