hi, there is a good book out by Dr miriam stoppard called Baby's first skills (help your baby learn through creative play). It gives you alot of things to do with your baby right from birth to 12 months. she has a web site www.miriamstoppard.com hope this helps.

my DD loved/loves being danced around the room to music, being sung to, talked to, massaged....:)

gymboree have a great book called Baby Play that's full of ideas - i remember pulling my hair out when ozzy was 11 weeks wondering what fun things to do with him.
if you have a fit ball/ one of those big excercise balls you can play floating baby - ozzy still loves this. hold baby's hands and roll them around on top of the ball backwards and forwards. i suppose it's only good when they can hold their head or at least have it turned to one side but that was how we got our first giggle.
ballons, dancing and bubbles were also a big hit :D have fun :smiliedance:

When my daughter was that young i used to get her hands and clap them together while singing to her she loved this..she used to smile and chuckle when I'd do it. Also she liked being danced around the room to music. :smiliedance:

wow - i can't afford to take ozzy to gymboree but i got the book out of the library :D didn't cost anything! and they have a toddler one as well so when he's older i'll borrow that. they have lots of good ideas so maybe see if you can have a look at a copy in your bookshop/library for tyler. $130 is ridiculous!!
