Start Treatment thursday

Hi,
This is the first time i have been on here.

My dh and me have been ttc for 5 years, i have very mild endo but its mainly my pro lactin levels that were way to high. (been on a tab once a week to fix this)

I start ivf this thursday, i start the provera tablets first then on monday morning i go for a blood test then in the evening i start the injections.

It seems like this happens heaps quick.

I am trying real hard not to get my hopes up as this is my first time with ivf. :fingerscrossed:

So i guess i will be on here a bit from now on as i am finally getting things sorted.

Farmgirl, I wish you all the best of luck. After 5 years, you deserve some good news. I will start my treatment next month. This place is a mine of information and you'll also find a lot of support. It's a godsend really - great to know so many people are going through the same frustrations as you. Unlike you I feel like this is a long process - and I've not even started taking medication yet! You have come to the right place for some support. :) Everyone here is wonderful and NO question is too silly or weird IMO.

All the ladies are a wealth of info and suggestions to help you understand thing's and even learn a few thing's too. Pineapple anyone? lol

Wow thursday is only around the corner, I bet that you and your DH are getting very excited. It is nice to feel like you are actively doing something that could give you the outcome that you want.

Hey thanks for the replies,

And we r both very excited, i will see how i react from these daily injections as i have heard a few stories, that you get more stressed then normal, more of a temper (don't know how that is possible with me) etc. but we will see what happens!!!

And misspeta,
the past few months for us has has dragged on heaps but when you know the exact date to start and when it comes closer, it feels like it's happening real quick.
