I just called Terry Russell - it's $500 and you get $80 back on Medicare. I really didn't expect it to be so expensive.
Does that sound normal? I guess thats what we'll have to pay if we want to try and get it done soon. I was just surprised.

Sounds about right - it does depend on who does it though - I found prices can vary between about $300 - $600. My DS's circ was $400 and we got $100 back from Medicare.
