Hello,
Just wanted to introduce myself as I am sure there is some lovely person training as a doula looking for people to work with around Melbourne!
I am 26 weeks pregnant and will be having a hospital birth within the public system around July 8th or so. My little boy needs a friendly face to see him into the world and I wouldn't mind the extra support either!
My partner is a bit nervous poor lad, so I thought this might be a way of having an advocate who could help him so he feels he can enjoy the birth better. We are having hypnotherapy as well.
