It is with a great deal of deliberation that I have decided to cease the role of Online Expert for Loans and Mortgages.
I have enjoyed this role immensely and have had wonderful support from both yourselves and of course Hiliary at Bubhub. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for allowing me the opportunity to just help in such a small way, whether it was info about general loan information, and the way general lending works overall.
My posts will remain for you to use as a reference to similar questions that you might like answered and you are always welcome to PM me directly with any pressing questions and I will be happy to answer them for you. The decision to finish has been mine and is mainly due to the current climate we are seeing at the moment. I can answer questions generically however cannot give advice on the best way to do things and unfortunately some questions are asking for advise and legislatively I can’t give a answer. So for me to remain compliant I have decided this is the best option for me.
Also I strongly urge if you do need financial advice please contact a financial advisor in your local area. Also a fabulous website is http://www.fido.asic.gov.au/fido/fido.nsf this provides financial tips, budget plans, money tips, calculators and much more.
I am not gone for good, you will see me online as just a general mum and that is my most rewarding role. I still will be also around and will be posting in the family finance sections (as I probably won’t be able to help myself).
