i have been hit with gastro tonight

i havent had a gastro attack for a long time
How long does it normally last? i really cant remember...

any tips? im feeling so yuk :(

Hi i saw on the news last night there is a pretty nasty bug going around:no:,its meant to hang around up to a week or so:barf: the only thing i can suggest is immodium(for the tummy) and keeping hydrated, 'gastrolyte' is good or really diluted cordial maybe....
