hi ladies,

just want to ask, practically how many sleeping bags should i get for dd to use on winter? planning to use it to her every night. also how frequent do you wash it and what is the ideal size? if bub would be size 0 on winter, would it be more comfortable for her to have size 1?

Hi May, I use the polar fleece or similar, and i've bought Charlee size 0's and one size 1, and I've got about 4, but i suppose it depends on how often you wash.....

I've found it doesn't matter if they're a bit big, i just roll up the sleeves once or twice. So long as the neck hole isn't too loose.....

with my son, i was his clothes every day. he is 11 weeks tomorrow.

i don't know if u would do the same.
i was them every day as i wash my night clothes every day as well.

i think it is up to u if you want to wash them every day or every second.

as for the size. i would go one to two sizes up. to make sure that she
still fits in them at the end of winter.

as for the amount. again it depends on how many times u will be washing. and if she still wets the bed.

I would buy size one sleeping bags, then on really cold nights you can put bub in a few layers of clothes with the sleeping bag on last and bub will still be comfortable. I live in Bris and needed to do this for DS a few times when he was little coz we've had some really cold nights the last few winters.

I washed mine whenever I washed DS's pj's...so every 2nd or 3rd day...unless he got some milk on it, he had reflux so this happened often.
I think I had 3 or 4 sleeping bags for DS.

yep, this is nice buy. i've seen it and also bought a couple of long sleeves bodysuits for $2! and short sleeve bodysuit for $2 of 2 pcs a pack of 2, so that $1 each.

nway, thanks ladies for the ideas. and yes maybe 3-4 pcs would be enough for ayisha as she rarely have leakage at night. huggies has been doing great job! plus she has been give several size 1 wondersuits so that could be an alternative.
