Best free pattern

Has anyone downloaded a good pattern off the net??? It's for someone who doesn't have a nappy to work with or a child for that matter.

I converted the nurse at my dr's surgery and she would like to make some for her grandkids and niece's kids etc

Is there a pattern I can direct her to? I have used the weewaker(???) and I didn't like it at all, so I was just using a greenkid as a base and kind of making my own.

I used the Ottobre pattern . .it was pretty good!
