heat rash - help!!

my periods are HELL they r sooo painful and the only comfort i get is by placing a hot water bottle directly on my tummy, but last AF they left this awful red blotchy rash like thing - its been a month and it still hasnt gone away. anybody know what might help???:eek:

A month is an awfully long time to be left with a heat rash - which are temporary.

Perhaps it's an allergic reaction that was exacerbated by the heat. See a doctor about it - you might just need some cortisone cream.
