A question about Puregon

Hi i have a quick question about puregon.

What types of sight effects have you had especally around o? Also do you normally o eariler?

Sorry i am about to O (probably around thrusday or friday). I am doing IVF just tying puregon to make me o, this is my first cycle.

Also do you get bruses from the injections or am i just doing it wrong? :(

Hi Susan,

I get bruises from the injections occasionally too....so I don't think it is anything to worry about darl...


They usually give me a trigger shot to make me O so I can't really answer your Q....but before I have the trigger shot to make me O, I just feel very full and have lots of O pains and twinges down there...

I too am very bloated, think im ready to POP! I had my egg collection yesterday and still a bit bloated. I dont have bruises from the puregon pen but can see where all the injections were (little red marks)

Thanks guys i feel better about this now, i was getting worried (yeah i know stop stressing lol i am a stress head but i can't help it!!) :D

I am a little worried about O but i am sure it will be all good.

Hi Susiebabes,

The only side effect I get is bloating and abdo discomfort.

If you take your time with the injection and give it really slowly you will have less bruising.
