Taking your temp - what is best?

When taking your temp, is there a way that is best. Can you use one of those digital ear thermometers? Does is have to be orally, vaginally? I am totally clueless....

those digi ear thermometers only give a single decimal reading, a little different to bbt (basal body thermometers) which give a 2 decimal reading.

u can get really good ovulation thermometers (bbts) from any chemist usually around 15-20 bucks.

oh-and i put mine in my mouth :laughing:

ETA: try and take your temps at the same time each morning, if you can before you move around and get out of bed.

They say best is vaginally ( :o ) .... but most people just do it orally!! :laughing:
