Hello

A great book that I have read is AJ Rochester's "The Lazy Girl's Guide to Losing Weight and Getting Fit"

She is the host of the Biggest Loser and she has lost 45kg. She breaks it down into 5kg blocks so as not to get overwhelmed and she has great suggestions to how to get excercise and healthy eating into your day.

It's a fun and inspiring read and I guess knowing that she has actually been there and done that herself is motivating.

Good luck :) and I guess the most important tip I have and one you will find in AJ's book is - start today!!!

Good luck and im happy to chat and follow you along in your weight- loss journey.

I lost 28kg 18mths ago and worked at Jenny Craig for several years giving me a sound knowledge of exercise and eating. I also trained as a international Cheerleader.

You can do it!!! How tall are you? I started out at 106kg and now I'm 59kg and a keen runner

My best advice would be don't focus on the weight and scales- aim for fitness and remember a healthy body equals a healthy mind!
