I just want to see what fertility problems cause us to turn to IUI/IVF. I have PCO and that seems to be it for now! Poll coming...

Would vasectomy be sperm issues or just under other? We believe thats the only reason as I have had no history of medical issues reproductive wise.

To the person who chose PCO, I was wondering if your FS/Gyno told you how it affects fertility. I can understand how PCOS does (hormone imbalance), but I don't understand how PCO can, as a few of my friends have PCO and conceived naturally.

PCO and No ovulation for me.

Singa to answer your question in regards to PCO as opposed to PCOS, I have PCO and it basically means my ovaries are covered in cysts, however my hormones are completly normal. I think the fertility issues are basically the same. Irregular cycles and ovulation is generally few and far between.

Zero sperm for us. Ended up with IUI from donor sperm :)

Well I never ended up actually DOING ivf ...but voted anyway :D

Endo and blocked tubes for me (chose endo as that was the reason for my blocked tubes ;))

It is good to hear that IUI worked for you, I am about to have it in April. Did they give you medication for ovulation (induce O) or did they just track your cycle before the IUI?
Did it work first go?
