Testing ovulation with no AF?

I am still breastfeeding, and am fairly sure I'm not ovulating, but I'd like to know what the best method is for testing, and when I should start testing.

Hi Smiles,

The cheapest way would be to check out your cervial mucous. If it turns to Egg White consistency, you might be ovulating.

Using charting software like Fertility Friend can help pin point ovulation.

If you have money to splash around, you can buy Ovualation Prediction Kits (OPK's). You pee on a stick. It will tell you if you are ovulating.

in general, if you are still breastfeeding and your period has not returned, you are more than likely not ovulating yet.
