Phil and Ted's pram safety concerns
The Office of Fair Trading has received complaints regarding safety concerns with Phil and Teds Sports buggy model pram.
Concerns have been raised about the locking mechanism, designed to keep the stroller folded, opening suddenly during lifting causing injury.
Phil and Teds have agreed to supply an extra locking strap for the pram free of charge. These will be supplied through the pram’s retailers. To get a locking strap, contact the retailer where you bought your pram or a Phil and Teds stockist.
