I stumbled across an ad in the Adelaide 's Child magazine which provides details about a baby market being held at the Marion Recreation Centre Morphettville on Sunday 6th April 9am-1pm.

Thought I would post the link so that any Adelaide mums or ladies expecting can check it out if interested. Could possibly save you lots of $$$ if you are just starting out or need to upgrade any items.

link is www.babykidsmarket.com.au (http://www.babykidsmarket.com.au)

I have no affiliation with the organisers of this event nor have I ever been to one of these before and I cannot offer any further information / input.

Happy shopping.

I saw a poster for this up at my local community centre. I looked into it and found out it is now going to be a monthly thing. The dates are on their website.

I thought about selling some stuff there but then I found out a stall is $40 to hire and I changed my mind. I think that would be ok if you had a lot of stuff to sell, but I don't have that much yet, just bits and pieces. Guess I'll have to stick to ebay for now

But I'd go there to buy things for sure!

I went to the Adelaide Market last month and got some good bargains.

It was pretty small last month but I imagine it will grow each month as word of mouth spreads

and even though there weren't heaps of stalls last month there was a great range of stuff ranging from clothing for $1 a piece right up to prams/highchairs and cots

and there was secondhand stuff as well as new and handmade things

definitely worth checking out

(oh and I'm not affiliated with them either! :))
