Help? How to get nappy rash cream off cloth nappies?

My DS had a bad nappy rash and I put some Daktozin on it...really thick cream and it is stuck on my Magic All....how do I get it off?

Have you tried a hot wash and then a strip wash?

Can you use a liner next time? (sorry not trying to tell you what to do, just a thought)

Yeah i would do a hot wash and maybe use liners next time to :) then you dont have that problem again

hope it works my mum put zinc on one of mine its like grrr where is the damn liner LOL

I know...abou to make some liners tonight...Luckility it is only on one nappy and a liner of another...the liner is easy but the nappy is a Magic All, so was worried about doing it too hot???

Would alot of soap help to break it down and then just do a huge rinse or a couple to get the soap out?

Have you washed it already? Is the cream still there? If so, how abut giving the cream a rub with some old fashioned velvet soap and then wash without detergent?

Yeah, gave it a bit of a rub and a hoit rinse and washed it...it seemed ok but I'll prob see better when they're dry in the morning.

If still there, I'l give that a go and see....fingers crossed it works!
