My 16 mth old has on and off diahorrea and vomitting for about 3 weeks. So I took him to the doc this arvo and she told me, I should try some lactose free milk, since he's too young to not have any diary.

she couldn't give me any recommendations, so I had a look around at my local Woolies but there were a few and I have no idea which one is good or bad.

So I was hoping, that someone here could give me some advice on which one to buy and from which to stay away from.

TIA

Zymil is great. You can buy it freh from the milk section at the supermarket. My lil man has been on it for about 6 months now, and is doing great.

Thanks for that. I looked at the fresh milk section at woolies but couldn't find any.

I ended up buying one of the long life milks but he's not even attempting to drink it.

So I'll have a look at a differnt supermarket tomorrow.

I have even put zymil in my coffe when I have run out of milk, and I can't taste the difference. Maybe give it a try. :)
