for all steelcraft strider 4 owners... when you fold the strider with the seat on it, does a metal bit stick out? I've tried folding mine but I find that a metal bit sticks out such that I cannot use the rubber bit on the frame to actually carry the stroller.
to see what i mean:

Yeah I find that too... It is really hard to carry when it has been folded up what I usually do is hold it by the sides or if im on flat surface I undo the breaks and push it along holding onto the leg rest. Annoying isn't it?

Oh ok, I wasn't quite sure cos I've always just used the bassinet attachment. I am travelling overseas and will need to check it in. I am a bit worried that it will get damaged in transit if the baggage people carry it wrong. :(

I have had no problems with them damaging my pram on flights but last week one of the pram wheels fell off and they had to go searching for it. So make sure you check the wheels are on really really tight and locked.:)
