anyone sell their wedding dress?

I have a maternity wedding dress that was made for me, i really won't even wear it again. do peopl usually sell theirs?

i would sell mine if i could get enough money for it.

I bought it for quite a bit i just want to cover dry cleaning costs and maybe get a bit back. But i doubt it.

May as well just hang onto it

I sold mine!
I sold it "as is" hand washed, but not dry cleaned on ebay.
I got about $200 for it i think. (i paid $880 for it new)
Mine had extra length in it too, because i was tall.
Was no point me holding onto it.

Ohh No I couldn't sell it - way too much bad luck for any prospective bride:D

I used it at a fancy dress, and then lent it to a stage play and then the (new) MIL cut it up to make dresses for ceramic dolls and for nieces ballet/dance costumes, and the veil was used as a fish net :D.

I am trying to sell mine, being a plus size it cost me a fair bit so id love to to try n get half of what i paid for it........i think im dreaming tho!

I am trying to sell mine too, I got a designer dress which I paid over $3000 for, I would love just $1000 for it but cant seem to sell it anywhere. I even got it dry cleaned, but people want new ones it seems!!!

still trying to sell mine that i didn't even end up wearing - i had to get a maternity dress made and sold that one on ebay. the dress i bought for $1000 before realising i was pregnant is still hanging in my office. frustrating coz it's new! the shop won't take it back either.

I have big plans for my wedding dress!!!, well the skirt of my dress. The skirt I wore on the happiest day of my life, will be turned into a Christening gown when we are blessed with a little one.
