YAY!!!JOINING THE CLOTH NAPPY BRIGADE!!:smiliedance:
DP and I were discussing cloth nappies the other day.
We haven't made a decision yet. Before bubhub I didn't know there was an option. I thought cloth nappies were the raggedy-ar*ed things babies used to wear when I was a kid and I thought only tree-hugging hippies would put up with that these days.
But theres a modern day version apparently, and we might give em a go.
Still deciding.
You may have a convert here too.

I too have recently converted to cloth (only partially so far as Im still trialling the different types of nappies). DH isnt entirely convinced about the benefits of changing over from disposables (proberly thinks that he will have to do some washing for a change) but after trying the Greens Pocket nappies and the Baby Beehinds Hemp and Bamboo nappies I must say I am pretty impressed.
When I read the threds from the ladies who rave over the benifits of cloth I thought I must give this a go. Its rather addictive too as there are sooooo many options out there to buy. As for being a tree hugging hippy, the closest I have ever come to that was after one too many wines and needed support to stay standing :D Good luck with your purchases and enjoy the fact you are doing the environment a kind favour by using less disposables. :yelclap:
Seriously, not a tree hugging hippie here at all!
Go along to some Real Nappy Week Down Under events at the end of April. the girls in Sydney are planning a fashion show, nappycino, a few workshops... lots of fun stuff and opportunities to see how normal we all are and how amazing modern cloth is!
