I noticed the other day that DD has all the teeth on her upper gum visible under the gum skin.
Then a couple of days after that the right Lateral incisor broke the surface, followed closely by the Left Lateral incisor.
(look here to indentify teeth http://users.forthnet.gr/ath/abyss/dep1171.htm
Only a small bit of each tooth on the front, not underneath (the cutting edge) of the tooth is exposed at the moment.

Bottom gum has no visible signs of teething still.

Has any one else had a bub with unusual teething order that you can share with me.
I can't seem to find much information on it other that a few unsatisfying blogs and other mums asking the same sort of questions.

My DD2 is 15 months old and got her first tooth at 14 months old (top middle tooth). She now has 4 top teeth but no bottom teeth yet. They are just starting to lump up now.

My DD1 started getting teeth at 8 1/2 months old but never got any of them in the right (suggested) order.

Never really thought about it too much but i have heard that it can be more painful (not sure why )

Yep DD is getting her teeth in a weird order...she got a bottom one then a top one, then she ended up with two top ones and three bottom ones for aaaages...then she got a back one....the then 4th bottom front one came through...she still has heaps to go and she is 17 months...I dont really think it matters:)

My son got what we described as 'fangs' first at around 7 months of age. The top two teeth came down after the side ones. I took him to a dentist who said that this can happen. Anyway he has all his teeth now and they are perfect.

Good to hear poor dd isn't alone. Little snagglepuss:laughing:

I also heard back from a mum in my April mums group. Her bub is having the same thing.

Josh got 2 of his molars before getting one of his front 8 teeth (sorry can't remember tooth names). Still no incisors though - just 8 at the front & all 4 molars. I don't think it matters either.
