View Full Version : Baby Food Stains
Just wondering how people get baby food stains out of bibs/clothes?
Ive tried EJ on some of the Heinz Organic Sweet Vegetables and something in it either the carrot or sweet potato is HELL to get out of things.
Even soaking for ages in napisan oxyaction is only slowly removing the orange stains EEK
Any Tips on faster or better ways to get this sort of stain out?
Thanks

Sunlight will help to fade any stains! But obviously you don't want to do that with colours! I am using at the moment the preen 2 in 1 it is pink in one side of the bottle and clear in the other and as you pour it out it mixes together. I find that stuff to work really well.

Yep - Preen Dual Power - fantastic for really stubborn stains!! And really easy, just squirt it on and chuck it in the wash  I try not to use it too much on the girls clothes but it does get them all nice and clean again when they have been dribbled on, gotten covered in food, dirt, paint etc.

Sards wonder soap straight on the stain, rub the stain, rinse off again and repeat, then wash in machine as normal.
OR, without the elbow grease, use Sards wonder stick. You just rub it on the stain and throw it in the wash on the normal cycle - and just like magic it's all gone! :yelclap:

The dual power seems to work on old stains pretty well.

Aha! If someone hadn't asked this question, i would have! I am sick of clothes getting stained and ruined, especially Mac's clothes. I have found the Sard stuff doesn't seem to work for me? I will have to go and get some of the Preen stuff now. Thanks!
