I am at my wits end. My 15month old daughter Avah, hasnt slept threw the night once since she was born. I am looking for anything to try. At the moment i breastfeed her to sleep at night, then put her in her cot, then about 3 hours later she is awake again. Im so buggered i just put her in my bed and let her sleep with us, I know this is all habit and comfort but i just dont know how to get her out of it. Can anyone help me
I did something similar with my daughter, put her to sleep in her own bed, and when she woke up in the wee small hours I'd snuggle in with her and we'd both go back to sleep. Worked great for us, and if she's still asleep when you wake up you can sneak back to your own bed! :D

It would be great if she snuggled up as well and just soundly drifted back to sleep, but she doesnt, she screams if i dont offer her breast and then when she does fall back asleep she sprawls herself acros the bed in a 'king of the bed' kinda way....
It's pretty normal to wake up in the night needing a feed, she'll likely grow out of it by the time she's two (might still need an early morning feed instead). We had a queen sized mattress on the floor so there was plenty of sprawling room, and I'd sleep with my back to her so didn't get too many flailing limbs in the face.
