Hi there

I need to get out of the house (DH driving me nuts) and i thought i might go to our fish market and get some seafood for dinner.

Now im NOT a big seafood eater. So im asking the hubbers, what fish fillets do i get? Im fussy with fish and i like a nice thick piece that is boneless.... what do i ask for?

Then, i like creamy sauce.... so what recipies can i use?

Anyone help please?

Thanks.

I'd go for a really yummy salmon steak (we need a drooling emoticon!!)...

Not sure about a sauce - but I'm sure Google would be my friend for that!

Thanks!

We went with a snapper fillet (they were a good price) and some prawns that we've marinated. Hopefully it will be nice... if not, is McDonalds open tonight?

Snapper is yummy too - it's one that my mum always used to bake with some tomato, garlic and onion on it...

i make a mild tartare sauce mix 1/4 cup tomato sauce with 3/4 to 1 cup of mayo, salt and pepper and a dash of lemon, according to taste. its yummo :)
