Calculating Due Date?

Hi everyone, Im still waiting on blood tests to confirm my BFP but ive done 8 HPTs & my hCG levels are currently at 48, anyways my question is Im just trying to figure out, for my own intrest more than anything, an approx. due date, the thing is the method of going by the first day of last period probably wont be right cos I ovulate on day 21/22 & have a 36 day cycle so I was thinking if I count 38wks from approx. date of O i mite be near, what do u think????

If you go to the due date calculator on this link HERE (http://www.babycenter.com/pregnancy-due-date-calculator) then you can put in your last period, plus change your cycle days to what ever you want. Hope that helps.

also out of curiosty (sp?) how do you know your hCG levels if you haven't got your blood results yet?

going by your HCg levels your only very early on, maybe right on 4wks, thats just a estimate though

what you can do, is cound 2wks backwards from when you ovulated, this will give you a new LMP, add 9mths and 1week to that date, that will give you your EDD

Yep use the Calculator Kaileysmum put in... it can be adjusted by the length of your cycle, and will give you the best date. It is a good one that one.

as someone who ovulates late in my cycle that calculator didn't work for me when i just tried it.

Sorry, Ill clear it up. I had the 2 blood tests the 1st 'inconclusive', he sent me for another a couple days later which is wen it showed a level of 48 but my Dr said he wants me to do another blood test tues because 48 is too low to confirm a pregnancy he said.

Also I did the due date calculator but i dont no how accurate it will b, i guess ill just have to be patient and wait til i get an US to know dates.
