Flatulence...

I have a flatulence problem... just can't stop! Really long & so, so, stinky!! :eek:

I am currently breastfeeding - and remember the same thing happening whilst I fed my others.

Maybe it's a hormone thing?

Any idea's??

I don't know either, except to say that I have the same problem in the 2-3 days before I get my period - sorry if this is TMI - so perhaps it is hormonal?

Anyway, congratualtions on being brave enough to broach this...somewhat embarrassing subject!!:p

I dont know if you can take them when breastfeeding tablets, but Charcoal tablets are the best thing to take with this problem. I would talk to the local chemist they should be able to help you. Best of luck.

Hi there,,

I wonder if you tried to eliminate certain foods from your diet?

Such as wheat and dairy, as someone who has a sensitive stomach,,I know these foods are bad culprits.:barf:

I actually have something called crohns disease which is all about the tummy and what you shouldntt eat:rolleyes:

DO you think you may have something called irritable bowel syndrome.

My crohns disease went away while I was preg so I guess that was hormones....maybe the same situation with you, just talk to your health person:)
