GLADSTONE- prenatal yoga? birth classes? HELP

Hi Everyone,

I am due to have my first child in about 16weeks and a part from the one day prenatal class at the Comm Health I cannot find any other groups at all!!! The only prenatal yoga class for gladstone is apparantly starting in September (not going to be much help)

I am finding it very frustrating but I am hopeful :sunshine:

Please if anyone knows of any can u post the details?

sorry i have no idea, i am pregnant with number 3 and i know from the previous 2 pregnancies of only the anti natal class at community health plus a private anti natal thing that is run out of someones home, i dont think there is much in the way of yoga classes for pregnant women but then i dont know much lol.

thanks terrible 2.. gee i thought someone may know of something in the Gladstone area. A few people have looked but not commented...?

Sorry mate, I have no idea:( It's been over 2 years since I was pregnant and I just went to a body balance class at Yaralla gym.I hope you find it:thumbsup:
