Does Baby Beehind Bamboo need cover?

Hi, I have a new Baby Beehind Bamboo One Size Cloth Nappy and was wondering if I use it for day use does it need a cover under clothing? Obviously for night, I would use a cover....but not sure about day that's all?

I use them in the day without a cover, only at home though if we're going out then I'll put him in something trimmer. :)

The clothes would probably get damp after a while I think?

If the damp/wet nappy comes into contact with clothing, furniture, etc it will leak/wick onto it. I would definately suggest a cover under clothing - unless of course you use polar fleece trakkies or knitted longies/shorites! Otherwise though, there is no reason why you have to put a cover over them.

I used them on new borns without a cover but wouldn't when they were older

Not under clothes.... (unless fleece or woolies as explained by J :))
