My 4 month old (boy) is continually blowing raspberries. Is this normal? He does it most straight after a feed. He thinks its absolutely hilarious, which is rather adorable.

Very normal. My oldest didn't start blowing them until 6 months, and started on the same day she started solids, which I thought was way too coincidental - I ended up wearing much of her early meals! But Chloe started blowing them by 4 months and was very persistent for some time. Now she crawls around saying "bubububub" and "mumumumum" which of course I think is very special. So - enjoy the raspberries - they are the beginning of him being able to make sounds at will, and when he is a famous singer/orator etc one day you can think back to these humble and very gorgeous beginnings!!

Xavier has been blowing rasberry's since about 4 months (he is 6 months now). I think his dad showed him how! He is also a very drooly baby, so it makes for nice 'showers' and loads of bib changes - oh the joys!

Rasberries are very normal( and cute) they help bub develop the muscles needed make sound and then talk. You will also find once they develop a new skill they practice it over and over. Enjoy your little rasberry man
