I am a student midwife, studying through Monash, and I am required to follow 30 women on their journey through pregnancy and birth as part of my three-year course. The follow-through journey requires that I catch up with each woman during her pregnancy including pre-natal appointments/tests/classes/whatever (a few catch-ups through ones pregnancy), the birth (optional), and a couple of post partum visits.

I'm in the South-East of Melbourne but can travel or put you in touch with a student midwife closer to your suburb if you like. :)
I'm happy to attend a woman's birth if she wishes, and I am a registered doula (as a student midwife, one gets my doula support for free :thumbsup: )
