Ringworm???

I have just noticed a red ring on my DDs leg this morning. Her skin is not raised or scabby it is just a circular red ring at the moment.

Does anyone know if this might be ringworm or have any ideas what it might be.

Also, I am 36 weeks pg, can this be harmful to my baby if I catch it?

I would take your daughter to the chemist ... if it is ringworm you will need an anti fungal cream .. ringworm is contageous so I would keep it covered .. but sorry i dont know if harmful when pregnant but i doubt it would be

Dont stress.

Ringworm isnt really a 'worm' its actually a form of tinea so all you need is some daktarin & to keep it covered as it is contagious.
