Recipes for Breastfeeding Book!

Hi gals

As many of you know, I'm currently in the final stages of writing a breastfeeding support book. I'm hoping to include easy but nourishing recipes for breastfeeding mums who need goodness but are strapped for time. oh :laughing: I read the title of this thread and I was going to give you this link:

OK and now for something completely different...

How about ...

Tuna Pasta

Cook up some pasta (shells are best IMO) probably around 300g i guess?
Drain well.
Add 1 tin tuna (drained), a good lashing of gherkin relish (or chopped gherkins), and a good amount of grated cheese (to taste).

Put back onto the heat (or into the microwave) and stir until all combined and cheese is melted. DELICIOUS! Can be eaten cold for leftovers, or re-heated.

So easy, even a man could make it!!:rolleyes:
