Ok so i know i have left this way too long............. but i really need to lose my weight before august (5 months away ) cus i am getting married!
Any way i lost 10 kilos, i had gall stones, so i couldnt eat anything fatty and i was excersising, then i had my op and it took me ages to get back into the walking - well actually i NEVER got back into it  plus i havent been eating really healthy lately eaither - so i have put bout 13 kilos BACK ON
So i really need some support and help to get me back on track i want to lose at least 20 kilos before the wedding - do you think this is possible. Does any one know of some great fast track ways to lose weight???? i have tried everyghing but am willing to try them all again!!!

Hey :hugs: I dont know any fast tracks to loosing weight but i figured seeing as i need to loose about 10kgs b4 my wedding and we are getting married on the same day then we could try and do it together... moral support or something:thumbsup:
At the moment i am just trying to eat healthier... cooking more meals instead of buying them all the time and trying to include lots of fruit and vegies. Not going well so far but i just need some motivation i think. I was doing excersice everyday but have gotten slack over the last month or 2 and have stopped so i need to start that up again.
I wish you luck and i hope we can both reach our weight goals by the wedding. (although it will prolly pi**off out dress fitters :p )

Not that i wish to promaote a quick easy fatloss thing- although i admit i've used this one and it does work- buttt you get terribly sick of soup!!
Try the heart foundations kickstart plan-- i will try to find my one! It is made for heart patients that need to drop weight fast to be operated on!
Again i don't want to promote a quick fix- but this will help to get you on the right track! Then i just suggest smaller lower fat meals- no snacking except for fruit and walking!!!!
Best of luck to you both!!
No matter what size you are on the day- I am positive you will both be the most beautiful vision your future hubbies will ever lay their eyes on! XXX OOO

before i got pregnant i lost 19kg in a pretty short amount of time....3 months or so  and have managed to get down even more after having a baby! I did the low carb diet thing. I got a drink from the supermarket cant think of the name.....the good thing about it it wasnt a meal replacement it was just a protien drink that i think from memory you have 3 times a day....that along with heaps of protien...chicken eggs etc etc etc.....and lots of discipline and about 40 minutes of walking a day and it was easy and i have kept it off even with eating all the things i enjoy! Goodluck ifyou put your mind to it im sure you can do it! :smiliedance:
Awww :hugs: My tip is EXERCISE! :smiliedance:
I've been through the same thing with the gallbladder, I had it removed when DS was 5 weeks old :( Not a happy time at all. Plus they forget to tell you side effects from no longer having it....do you get any side effects? (ie. can't eat certain foods, etc?)
Anyway, I'm finding that exercise is really helping me. Cardio is the best for weight loss so walking, cycling, etc. Also yes, cutting back on cr*ppy foods helps too! Lol! ;)
Another tip is drink lots of WATER! Try and drink a glass when you are hungry before you grab something and see if it keeps the hunger away.
Remember also to stop eating when you feel full. Don't keep going or you will just eat a lot more than your tummy wants you too!
I hope these help! Good luck!

I'm in no way condoning fast weight loss...because
(a) it doesn't work in the long term
(b) the fat comes back and brings friends! Trust me on this!
I lost alot of weight in a short amount of time by using Optifast (think it's now called Optislim).
It's 3 shakes per day and at least 8 glasses of water...and that's it!
I was on this for about 3 months and it does work...in the short term.
You can buy it from pharmacies, I think it's about $40-$50.
I am currently doing the CSIRO diet, strike that...the CSIRO plan. I'm into my 6th week and at the 3wk mark I'd lost 5kgs. I'm not too bothered about weighing myself, I'm doing measurements instead. So far I've lost 11cm off my bust, 19cm off my waist and 15cm off my hips!!!!:yelclap: yay for me!
This is the best eating plan I've ever been on...and trust me, I've tried almost all of them. It's high in protein so I'm never hungry or looking for something to nibble on and the food is absolutely delicious. Coupled with exercising and it seems to be just falling off with not much effort at all.
Hope this helps...good luck!:fingerscrossed:
I did the Liver Cleansing Diet by Dr Sandra Cabot between having my 2 DS's and lost about 7kgs, which is alot for me because I am short!
It would help get you on track and you feel fantastic and wonderful for your skin too. After I finished it is 8 weeks, I just tried to use the principles of the book.
However since DS2 I have been sooooo slack I need to lose about 8kgs :o Will start tomorrow!!!!
