Hey Chick:wave:
Its tough having food allergies huh??
I have a few ideas as Ive got a little man who is off egg (and about 10+ other things hehe)
Do you do baking?? There is a product called 'no egg' its an egg replacer the brand is orgran, and ive used it in heaps of baking and things turn out great cant taste the difference..
Nuts should be pretty easy to eliminate although I guess a lot of stuff says may contain traces of nuts so you have to be careful and it depends on the reaction the child gets if you can risk things that 'may contain traces'
My son eats heaps of cruskets, theyre quick and easy they like them with no toppings on even so use them heaps when out just have a couple in a glad bag.
Ok so Ive just looked at your post again and its mainly wanting recipies-sorry went a little off track.lol well you can use any recipe out of the edmonds cookbook or any other cookbook if you can get hold of the orgran egg replacement product i mentioned above. You know exactly what goes into the food when you make it yourself, no additives or preserves either!
Do you mind me asking what symptoms the egg and nut free person has if they eat the culprits?? We have had a long road and been thru much allergy testing and paeds etc feel free to ask any questions if you have any and I can try and help:yes:
Good luck with the baking!
Jo
