View Full Version : Elastic deterioration when nappies not in use

Does this happen? Say you have a stash for one child who uses it for a while, then you store them for a year or two, would there be any reason why they wouldn't last? Elastic becoming brittle or something?

What do you think?

It does depend on how the nappies are stored, and how they were cared for when used. And depends on what quality the original materials were as well.

And the best way to care for them, while I'm asking lol

I do a delicate wash in cold with a small amount of detergent, then hang them out properly on the line in the sun, is that ok?
