My daughter is nearly 14months and I am wondering roughly how much cows milk she should be having at this age? She can drink up to 500mls in a day and she also eats cheese and yoghurt most days, is this too much? She is not on any formula and drinks quite a lot of water throughout the day.

I think (and I could be wrong) that at this age they should be having aroudn 600ml of dairy total (so including milk, cheese, yoghurt etc). I'm 99% that's what the child health nurse told me!!
I am not sure whats recomended.
But my 13 month old has 2-3 180ml drinks a day as well as a yoghurt most days.
I am trying to cut her back to a drink in the morning and one around tea time.
DS is 14 months and CHN told me that they are supposed to have three serves of dairy a day... how much in a serve i dont know...
would too much cows milk / dairy be bad?
