Best Business Loan centres

Hi, i live in the south west of sydney and i was wondering do you have any suggestions on who is some of the best business loan centres to enquire with for a business loan? I dont want to put it on the house but would rather have the loan seperate.

Unfortunately I can't say who is the best business bank to go through as there can be no favouritism in this industry.

Every bank has differences between their products.

Generally if you are looking at a loan for business purposes it will need to be secured by sometime, normally this is bricks and mortar (home), land and other forms depending on the bank.

Yes you will need to separate a loan from the owner occuppied however if you have the equity then you can secure the loan against the equity in the property. This loan will be unregulated, and you will have to sign a declaration that it is for business purpose.
