HELP ME - Back Pain

Yesterday I was mopping and hurt my back somehow, its hurt all day yesterday and it still hurts this morning. It hurts to lean forward and sit down and such, it even hurts to sneeze. Is there anything I can do? Or do you thing I should go to a doctor?

you might want to try some pian killers nurefon plus are great for back pain, i had alot after having ethan i started gentle exercise and then my partner brought me some kayaks that i had wanted for years he had been paying them of i was so happy!!!we try and kayak three times a week and i have had no back pain since because i have built the muscles up more in my stomach, there is nothing worse than back pain, maybe try some pain killers, a hot water bottle and a bit of rest at first and catch up with your gp.

Nurofen is an anti-inflammatory so may actually be helpful for reducing any swelling and inflammation not just as a painkiller. Gentle stretching may also be helpful if it feels like the problem is muscular. BUT nothing beats having someone who knows what they are doing diagnose you, backs are soooooo important.

FYI I asked my specialist about taking nurofen while breastfeeding and she suggested I take it 1/2 hr before a feed and apparently if he didn't feed for another four hours it would not go into his system. If he fed earlier he may get a small dose passing through, increasing the earlier he fed. But she advised as he is generally healthy with no digestive issues impact shld be negligible in his case.

Also - I have had great results from osteopathy for accute and chronic back pain. They massage not only the affected area but parts of the body that may contribute or be impacted and then the osteopath does some gently manipulation. I have chronic back pain, had tried physio, massage and chiropractic and I have found osteo works best for me.

Its actually gotten worse now, I think its something to do with my spine so Im prolly gunna ask for a back x ray. I hope its not too serious but it does hurt a lot.

I've had back pain for many years on and off
Try to see if you're taking any medicines like for hypertension they have some bad side effects like back pain and stomach aches...
put ice but keep yourself warm...
