2bkids wasnt that good ,, we went today

Dh & i took the kids to 2bkids today. It wasnt very good...the toddler area has to many little cars & has 2 little roller coaster things...so kids are ramming into each other everywhere...phoenix didnt really like it..he kept crying cause he kept getting hurt. :( .. you could pretty much say the toddler area was kaos.. & it wasnt even that busy...nothing compared to kels cubbyhouse on thursday... Oh also you cant see the big kids area from the toddler area.:thumbsdown:
Up to you guys but i thought it was not great at all.

We were regulars at 2bkids in Burleigh up until today. A staff member approached us whilst having lunch accusing my friend of not cleaning up after one of her children. Completely dumbfounded by her accusations we asked what she was talking about. The staff member became quite nasty and told us that my friends daughter had had 'a toliet accident' in the toodler area and wanted us to clean it up. My friend then said 'hang on a second, my daughter is toilet trained and she has not played in that area for over an hour - it was not her'. The staff member then basically called my friend a liar and continued the abuse.
About 2 mins after this had happened a woman approached the lunch counter and apologised for her daughter making the mess. My friend went over and said 'well I would like an apology'. She did not get one - the staff members just continued with the story 'we are not here to pick up poo all day'.

Needless to say we are not returning and will be advising as many people as possible of how we were treated.

I'd suggest you or your friend call the management team at 2bkids and tell then what happened. It is completely unacceptable... Especially when the staff memeber did not offer an apology.
