Things are looking up!!

Well after a rough couple of days... the ex has left for nsw, and the real estate rang me to tell me he has left stuff in the house and he told them it was mine... so now I have to deal with it :mad: as well as the cleaning etc.... (however, apparently he's transferred all the bond into my name) but I don't have to pay rent!!.. thank heavens. No one will tell me what is in the house so I'm a bit ropeable...

Just when I thought nothing would ever turn out, I get a phonecall from the last real estate left with my application in for a place.... and I GOT IT!!!! :smiliedance::cloud9:

I have a roof of my own to put over my son's head. I don't feel like such a failed mother anymore. I feel like I can finally provide for him and give him a life!!!

I am over the moon!!! Now I just have to fly back and sort out this business of emptying the other house... and move (with no car!! could be difficult haha) and I have a place of Ty's and mine... We can finally start afresh and move on in our lives... together... and happy!!!! :flowerz:

I just want to say thanks to everyone on here for helping me in the other thread of mine, and just generally... it has meant a lot. And a big thanks to Krissy for looking at the house for me!!! and Gret for looking at a couple of others, and Bronny... for helping me with ideas for the cover letter. Oh and Alicia for having to listen to all my sulks and grovels!!! :laughing: I love ya chicky!

I have made so many friends on this place and everyone has been so supportive! You girls all rock!!! I love ya's all so much!!!! :hugs:

But yes!!! I have a roof to put over my son's head!!!! We can finally move on.... and the best thing... the ex is no longer in Queensland... he has gone down to NSW... so I can live there comfortably and not have to worry about looking over my shoulder for him every second of everyday!!!

Life is finally looking up!!!! YAY!!!!

I have been crying happy tears ever since I got the news yesterday!!! I can't believe things are finally looking up!!!! :D

The ex is trying to make me pay to clean the old place, and mow the lawns etc. so I'm thinking of asking the real estate to take it out of the bond... and then taking him through small claims. I have all the evidence that the RTA and real estate knew I moved out November last year... but I have rung legal aide for advice on that and him taking off with a car registered in my name.. and refusing to give my number plates back!! :mad: so they are calling back Monday!!!

Nat you are right 2008 is the year!!! Things can't get much worse than they were... and they are slowly but surely looking up!!! I haven't been this happy in a long time!!! :goodvibes:
