I am!! I cant wait! I've always wanted to go and watch the parade and we're finally doing it this year - WOOT WOOT :yelclap:
Any hubbers interested in meeting up in the city before the parade starts? Might grab some dinner or something maybe? (Actually, a friend owes me a baby-sitting job... might cash it in!)
MARDI GRAS PARADE - SATURDAY 1 MARCH, 7.45PM
Parade starts at 7.45pm, entertainment from 5.30pm.

Parade information and tips:
* The Parade starts at 7.45pm and will finish at around 10.30pm
* Foreplay begins at 5.30pm
* The Parade route is 1.6km starting at the corner of Elizabeth and Liverpool Streets and continuing up Oxford Street. It turns right into Flinders Street and ends at the Moore Park Road intersection
* Best view of the parade will be along Oxford and Flinders Streets
* City Rail, Sydney Buses and Ferries are the way to travel! Call the transport line on 131 500 or www.131500.com.au (please note that Museum Station closes at around 6.30pm on Saturday)
* Road closures will be in place throughout the city with some starting at 2.30pm. Detailed information can be found at www.rta.nsw.gov.au
* Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey
* Don’t bring glass bottles or milk crates. Wear sensible shoes!
* Have a good time and look after your friends
* If walking to the Party stick to main streets and go with your friends
* Make sure you take your litter with you.
