Pains On Right Side Ovaries

Can someone please help. Since this afternoon I have been having this pain constantly on my right side ovaries know and again it goes to the left side but it isn't as bad as the right. Sometimes it really hurts when I am walking. It just feels like something is sueezy it really hard. I have had a head cold flu thing since last saturday could that be the cause?
My DF and I are TTC at the moment could it be a sympton or do I need to see someone?

Im not sure what the problem is for you, but I usually get that pain when Im ovulating. Maybe it could be that if it's the right time in your cycle. If the pain doesnt go away go and see your doc just to ease your mind. Mine will last pretty much till I get up the next morning. Hope someone can help you!:hugs:

Thanks Bradysmum. The pain has gone away know. But I thought or I did ovulate on the 14th. As today I am on CD25 and meant to be 13DPO. Thanks anyway.
