Southside mums Meet at Park behind Carina Library

Just starting this thread to see if any of the carindale coffee mums would like to meet at a park instead. There is a lovely fenced area with shelters for the littlies and a bike track for older kids.

I would love to meet at : 10.30am on the Thurs 30 March.

UBD ref 181 H2 cnr Mayfield rd and Nyrang st.

thanks for your message on the other thread. sounds wonderful, i will aim to be there at 10.30 on thursday 30th (although im known to always be running late so if i am late dont worry i will be coming unless ive told you otherwise!)
hopefully the weather will be a bit nicer though! Samara has a wee cold at the moment so i need to keep her out of the wind, but i will check with you before then on this thread to see if its still a go.

I would love to meet at the park at Carina, and Thursday 30th at 10:30 suits me and Bridget well, so if it's still on, we'll see you there. I'll keep watch here in case anything changes, but otherwise am looking forward to meeting!

Hi all

Weather pending, I would love to meet up. I will definitely be there and any last minute bubhubbers are welcome.

There is street parking or in the library carpark. Use the side gate (drinking fountain side). It is a fenced off area called "Our Place".

the weather is looking a bit sad and samara is still not completely over her cold, so im not going to make it today, dont think you would all be happy if we gave all your little ones a cold! im not too sure how long these showers are going to go for today, but hopefully they cheer up in time for the rest of you. sorry I hope to come to another meet, dont mean to let you down!:(

Yes the weather is looking a bit sad :thumbsdown: ....how about reschedule for next thursday at the same time? (Therefore I won't be there today either...)

If by next week, the weather is not good, we can always go to the "Lollipop Playland" in Creek Rd, Cannon Hill. It is about $3 for adult (inc a cuppa/milkshake) and about $7.50 for under 2yr olds. What do others think?

sounds great, id love to give lollipops ago, havent been yet. only thing is i have something on next thursday! see how majority goes but if we could do it the following week :thumbsup: :thumbsup: it could be good for me anyway, but if i have to miss out i will go another time!:crying:

Hiya's, am glad to hear I didn't miss meeting on Thursday, I chickened out cos of the weather! I'd still love to meet you though and am free Thursday each week, Tuesday's and Friday's are cool for us too though, so once again, I shall keep an eye and hope to join in what's happening!

Ok, 10am Tuesday 11th or Thursday 13th April meet at Lollipops (Creek Rd Cannon Hill near Bunnings), as this is not weather dependent, although there is an entry cost.
