:hugs:Hi my name is Alisha Parmenter and i am a registered Division 1 Nurse in Melbourne, studying my final year as a student Midwife.
I am appealling to any expecting mothers (before 36 weeks gestation), who would like some extra one on one personal support, an information resource or just a companion to share their fears, joys and experiences with.
This is called Follow through care, meaning that i am there whenever you may need for support both pre and post the birth of your baby.
I am not be required to provide any physical aspects of care eg antenatal checks, and i do not require to be present at your babies birth unless this is something you would like.
This is a part of me obtaining my graduate diploma in midwifery through a major Melbourne University.
My background is that i am a Division 1 nurse working in a major public womens hospital in both reproductive technology (IVF) and neonatal units (special care nursery).
Also in areas of Midwifery as of 5/3/08.
If you are interested please dont hesitate to ask any questions regarding this service and i will respond to you as quickly as possible.
