Hi Everyone,

I have purchased some fleece for nappy liners and was wondering what size I should cut them into. I don't want them too small, but I don't want to make them too big. At the moment I dont' have a baby to experiment with. Have to wait another 6 weeks for that (and I can't wait that long!!!)

Hey Stacey, 30 x 12cm is pretty standard I think. And if you want you can make them an hourglass shape for better fit, but all mine are just rectangles.

What cosmic said or if you are using an AIO or fitted type of nappy then you could even lay them out & measure roughly what size & make a template say with baking paper then cut to the appropriate size & then use to cut your liners !
Actually that sounds to hard go with what cosmic said LOL !

that sounds about what I did - I think I did 11 x 30 ... but close enough :D

- I certainly didn't bother with the hourglass  - all mine are rectangles too ...

the best thing about microfleece is it doesn't fray - no need to sew WHOOHOO!!!!

I saw some on ebay that were kind of a 'Y' shape...the measurements were something like 30cm long, 10cm wide at the front and 20/25cm at the back. I liked the idea of that shape...more fabric to catch bubs poop :)
