Hello everyone!

Last night i thought that i would get on the internet and have a look around for names. I ended up reading some of the threads on this site! From what i can gather this is a pretty female dominated site so i hope that i'm allowed to be here???
Well a bit of background I am married to leanne and we have 2 boys lewis and noah our 3rd child is due in under 2 weeks. (i know what you are thinking they always leave it to the last moment!!!!) yep it's true!
We have been told that it is another boy which is a bit disappointing for me because i wanted to father a girl but you get what your given. So we haven't spoke to much about girls names maybe we should!
I would really love an australian name (traditional would be ok!) We have choosen James as a middle name!
So far we like the following names;
Judd (but my brothers dog is called this???)
Oscar
Jack (pretty popular though)
Henry (got this and the next two names from this site)
Wesley
That is all i can think of so far!

I would appreciate any thoughts or recommendations. Your help will be much appreciated!!!! Thanks:)

My DH and I love the names
Hunter James and
Phoenix Graham for boys

Henry is a pretty cute name but is a bit common,
Jack is a cool name too - you could call him JJ for short?

My greatgrandfather's name was Henry James. He was a real gentleman and a lovely man so that name sounds great to me and conjures up very positive thoughts.

but my dp didnt like it :crying:
thats why you nag at him, originally dh didn't like hunter either but he eventually came around, now he loves it. it also helps that a wwe wrestler has the same name as he loves his wrestling:shame:

I like ...

My little boy is named after Garrett turbos - so there is inspiration everywhere :P (mind you, Garrett is a boys name too - it means Bold, and strong with a sword)

Hi & Welcome to Bubhub! :) Good to see a male around here!

I personally dont like Judd as a first name it just doesnt sound right. Oscar is okay. I LOVE Jack but Jack James doesnt really sound right! :o
Henry is a little old fashioned, sorry but kids can be cruel and i cant imagine a Henry at school..
I don't like Wesley either..I'm so sorry, now i feel awful! :o
Do you have to have James as a middle name?

I like:
Noah
Taj
Jamon
Jack

How about Jamon Henry? Like i said i dont like Henry but u do! And Jamon is kinda like James...I quite like that..Jamon Henry

Sorry i dont mean to offend, we all have different tastes in names!

It might be just me but, Judd doesn't sound very Aussie. It sounds American!

Actually, I think they all sound American, except Henry. From your likst I like:
Henry James
Austin James <- this is my fav!!!!
Oscar James
Caleb James

I think they all go well with Lewis and Noah. I like Jaxon instead of Jackson.

Austin James or Henry James!!!!!:smiliedance:

I don't think either old fashioned - they just solid and sound very strong...I think at schools there such a mix of names esp with people coming from all over world! I know as many Henrys and James's as Lachlans and Codys. THink it nice in that people going back to more traditional names as well as the new ones that seem to be everywhere :)
Austin conjures up a dreamboat by the way ( I knew one at UNi in Uk) - so he'll have that to live up to!! Very suave...
