Hi everyone

Just a question, as anyone ever done a Property Management course through correspondence. Is it a hard course? I am going to have a trainer that i can ring if i need assistance, but i worried i won't do good at it, as it has just cost me $700.

I am starting the course next week as i want to get into Property Management. They say its a 5 day course if you do it fulltime in the classroom, but they don't have another course here until May, so i have decided to do it through correspondence.

I have still got the girls going to daycare, so i can focus on the course and get it completed so i can return to work force.

How do you other mums cope with studying and looking after children?

hi mel, no i've never studied via correspondance, however i am a property manager! all states have different legislations, so i don't know if i can be of any help re your studies. my girl is 10 months old & i've been back at work for almost 6 months already. the only thing i can say about being a propman is that you have to show no emotion, no matter what the scenario or client or type of housing. if i can help, or you want to chat, just email me! all the best....

A PM is a private message! You can check them in your user control panel.

You will probably get a few from me!

I have been considering it though my dh thinks that if i do it i will never be home, its not like he is ever home with his job either:shame: . Anyway it is one thing im thinking about and the other is doing a bridging course into enrolled nursing as both real estate and nursing are two things i have a passion for so i will see
